Paneer ek prakar ka desi khana hai, jo doodh se bana hota hai. Ise cottage cheese bhi kaha jata hai. Paneer ko dudh me se nikala hua panni hatakar banaya jata hai. Paneer ke andar bahut saare poshak tatva hote hain aur yeh protein aur calcium ka bahut accha source hota hai. Paneer aamtaur par bhartiyon ki khaane-pine ki parampara mein ek important khadya padarth ke roop me istemaal   kiya jata hai. Ise alag-alag tarike se khaya jaata hai jaise ki paneer tikka, paneer bhurji, paneer masala,  aur bhi bahut saare. Aaj hum paneer ki sabji bnayenge jo bahot hi swadist aur healthy dish hai, to chaliye bnate hai paneer ki sabji.

*Paneer ki sabji bnane ke liye ingredients*

Paneer (250 gram), chote chote tukde me kaat lijiye

Pyaaz (1 medium size)

Tamatar (2 medium size)

Adrak, lahsun  

Hari Mirch (2),

Jeera (1 teaspoon)

Dhaniya powder (1 teaspoon)

Haldi powder (1/2 teaspoon)

Lal Mirch powder (1/2 teaspoon)

Namak swad anusar

Garam Masala Powder (1/2 teaspoon)

Tel (2 tablespoon)

tejpan

Taza dhaniya patti, kata hua (1 tablespoon)

*Nutritous values of paneer*

1. Paneer ek bahut hi nutritious food hai, jo ki protein, calcium aur Vitamin D jaise poshak tatvo se bharpur hota hai. Paneer mein 100 gram ke hisab se lagbhag 18 gram protein, 200 milligram calcium, aur 0.5 microgram Vitamin D hota hai.

2. Iske alawa paneer mein Vitamin B12, riboflavin, phosphorus, aur potassium bhi paya jaata hai, jo hamare shareer ke liye bahut zaruri hote hain. Paneer mein aapko kisi bhi prakaar ka cholesterol nahi milta hai aur isliye yeh aapke dil ke liye bhi accha hota hai.

3. Ek baar mein jyaada paneer khana hamesha accha nahi hota hai, kyunki ismein saturated fat bhi paya jaata hai. Lekin paneer ko hamesha apni diet mein shamil karke aap apne shareer ke liye bahut faydemand poshan pradaan kar sakte hain.

*Paneer ki sabji bnane ka samay*

          30 se 35 minutes

*Paneer ki sabji banane ki Vidhi*

1. Ek kadhai ya tawa ko gas par rakhkar tel daal dein aur medium aanch par garam hone dein. Jab tel garam ho jaaye to paneer ke pises ko thoda golden hone tak fry kar le. sabhi pises ko fry kar le.

2. Ab kadhai me oil dalkar pyaj aur adarak lahsun jeera dhaniya patti dalkar usme tomato dale aur sabhi ko soft hone tak bhun le. aur Thanda hone ke bad mixer me pis le.

3. Uske bad kadhai me oil garam kare aur tejpan aur rai aur jeera dale. Uske bad humne jo paste bnaya wo dale. Aur golden brown hone tak pakne de.

 4. Bad me lal mirch powder, haldi, namak aur garam masala dalkar gravy ko pakne de, aur thoda pani dale. Sabhi masale acchi tarah se mix karein aur 2-3 minute tak pakayein.

5.  Ab paneer ke tukde daalkar acchi tarah mix karein.

Dhakkan se dhak dein aur dhimi aanch par 5-7 minute tak pakayein. Paneer ke tukde naram ho jaane chahiye aur masale paneer me achche se samaa jaane chahiye.

 6. Bad me jitni apko gravy chahiye utna pani dale aur thodi der aur pka le. aakhiri me kata hua dhaniya patti daal dein aur acchi tarah se mix karein.

Paneer Sabji taiyaar hai, ise garama garam roti, naan ya chawal ke saath serve karein.
