Garlic layerd lacchha paratha bahot hi aasan or tasty dish hai. Jo ki gehu ke aate se, lahsun aur mirch se bnai jati hai. Jiska flavour bahot hi tasty aur bhot hi chatakedar hota hai.
Agar aap apni diet me ye dish shyaamil karna chahte ho, to aap gehu ke aate ke jagah multigrain aate se bhi isko bna sakte hai. Garlic
sastha ke liye bahot hi faydemand hota hai. Lahsun me bhot jyada prakar ke
medicinal values hote hai. Agar daily rutin me lahsun ka rojana upyog kiya jaye
to bhot sare rogo se chutkara paya ja sakta hai.
Garlic me
coper, carbohidred, iron, phosphorus, aur zinc aise kaee prakar ke nutritious
values hote hai. To chaiye jante hai, lahsun ke faydo ke bare me.
Lahsun me
anty biotic fungle jaise gun bhi hote hai, agar aap niymit rup me lahsun ka
upyog karte hai to sardi khasi se chutkara pane me kafi madat mil sakti hai.
Lahsun bloud
pressur ki problems ko solve karne ke liye faydemand hai. Subah roj khali pet
lahsun ki ek kacchi kali khane se bloud pressur ko kum karne me kafi madat mil
sakti hai.

lahsun ki ek kacchhi kali khane se gas kabj or pachan se judi kaee parkar ki problems
bhi solve ho sakti hai. Lahsun me vitamin B- 6, vitamin c, aise kaee prakar ke
minerlas paye jate hai. Jo emmunity system ko majbut rakhne me kafi madat karte
hai. Isi ke sath sath body ko ditox karne me bhi bhot hi sahayak hote hai.

1. garlic
layerd lacchha paratha banane ke liye, sabse pehle gehu ke aate me namak or oil
dalkar mila le.
( ap aadha gehu aur aadha maida bhi le sakte
hai )
2. pani
dalkar roti ke liye jaise aata bnate hai, waise bna le, soft aata gunth le.
Achhese milakar 5 min rest ke liye rakh de.
3. ab
stuffing bnane ke liye lahsun ko cursh kar le, aur ek bowl me crush kiya huwa
lahsun, Kasturi methi, jeera, dhaniya patti, lal mirch ko crush kar le. ( ap
hari mirch bhi le sakte hai ) or namak dale.
4. bad me
ghee or thoda oil dale. ( ap pura ghee, butter, ya sirf oil bhi dal sakte hai )
achhese karke iski stuffinf bna le.
5. ab aate
ki ek badi gol roti bna le. ( thodi moti hi rakhe ) hme layerd wala lacchha
paratha bnana hai, isliye layerd bnani chahiye isliye roti apko thodi badi hi
bnana hai.
6. roti me
lahsun ki jo stuffing humne bnai hai, wo thoda thoda karke pur roti par lga le.
7. ab roti
ke layerd bna le, jaise hum bachpan me fan bnate the waise hi layerd apko bnani
hai.
8. layerd
hme achhese bnani hai. Tabhi paratha ko acchhi layers aayengi. ( aakhari wali
layers ko waise hi bnani hai, jaise humne pehle wali layer bnai hai ).
9. bad me
round bnakar, roti ko acchhese ek kar le. Sukha aata lgakar roti ko gol bel le.
10. ab pan
ya tawa garam hone ke bad paratha dale. Or acchhese sek le. Paratha ko dono
side se shek le.
11. dono
side se pure paratha ko oil lga le. Paratha ko acchhese sek le, lacchha paratha
me layers achhese banna chahiye.
12. bahot sare layerd wala, garlic lacchha paratha banke serve karne ke liye tyar hai.
Garlic
layerd lacchha paratha me humne lahsun ka use kiya hai, agar kisi ko lahsun se
koi problem ya allergy hai, to aap lahsun skip kar sakte hai. Isi ke jagah aap
gajar ya muli ko barik crush karke le sakte hai. Ya apni pasand ki koi bhi
vegetables le sakte hai. Lekin garlic layerd lacchha paratha ka maja to
garlic ke bina adhura hai. Isliye agar aap lahsun khana pasand karte hai, to
lacchha paratha me lahsun jarur dale.
