1. matar ki
gravy wali sabji bnane ke liye matar ko rat bhar pani me bhigoke rakhe. Uske
bad, cooker me matar ko 3 se 4 sity aane tak pka le.
2. gravy
bnane ke liye mixer me pyaj, adarak, lahsun, dhaniya patti, mirch, jeera,
dalkar peast bna le.
3. ab sbji
bnane ke liye kadhai me oil dale, oil garam hone ke bad rai or jeera dale.
4. uske bad
paste aur kadipatta dalkar golden brown hone tak pka le.
5. uske bad
tamatar aur namak dalkar achhese mix kar le aur tamatar soft hone tak pka le.
6. ab masala
dalkar uble huye matar dalkar achhese mix kar le. Aur gravy ko pkne de. Aur
jitni apko gravy chahiye utna pani dale, aur sabji me ubal aane de.
7. sabji ko
ubal aane ke bad dhaniya patti dale. Aur garmagaram roti ya parathe ya chawal
ke sath serve kare.
