Bharat me
pulav ek aisi dish hai jo har kisike ghar me banne wali dish hai. Jise har ghar
me alag alag variety ke saath banaya jata hai. Jaise ki vegetable pulav,
white pulav, Maharashtrian masala bhat, Aalu bhat, matar pulav, Tava pulav,
Paneer pulav aise kayi prakar ke pulav banaye jata hai. Jo bahut hi Swadishth
aur aasan Dish hai, usike saath bahut hi jhatpat bananewala pulav hai.

to kayi prakar ke fayde hai. To Chale dekhte hai vegetable pulav khane ke
fayde.
1) Pachan ko
achha rakhne me chaval kafi faydemand mane jate hai, Kyunki chaval me maujud
starch aur fibres pachan prakriya ko achha rakhne me bahut madat hota hai.
2) Usi prakar pulav me kayi sabjiyo ka istemal kiya jata hai. kyunki sabjiyo me fibre ki matra jada hoti hai, usi tarah jis khade masalo ka hum vegetable pulav me upyog karte hai vo bhi kafi faydemand hota hai. Isliye pachan ko healthy rakhne me vegetable pulav ek faydemand option hai.

Pulav Banane ki Vidhi*
1) Vegetable
pulav banane ke liye sabse pahle ek badi kadhai ya bade bartan me Oil garam
kar le. Uske baad usme tejpatta, rai, jeera, Longe, Elaichi dal de.
2) Uske baad
Kadhipatta, hari mirch aur Pyaj dal de aur golden brown hone tak pakne de,
Saath me adrak aur lahsun ka paste aur baad me dalchi(kalmi) dal de.
3) uske baad
matar dale(matar ko 5 se 6 ghante bhigo de usike baad use kare).
4) Baad me
aalu, Kundru(tondle) aur apke paas aur bhi sabji ke option ho to use bhi aap
dal sakte ho. Inhe achhe se mix kar le aur achhe se pakne ke liye dhak ke
rakhe.
5) Uske baad
tomatoes, namak aur haldi powder dale aur soft hone tak pakne de. Chawal ko
pahle hi dhokar rakhe. Baad me dhule huye Chawal dale dale vo achhe se mix kar
le.
6) Chawal ko
fulne tak fry karte rahe. Baad me chawal se do guna chawal dale aur ubal ane
tak wait kare.
7) Chawal ka
pani khtm hone par use thode dhime aach pe tave par rakhle.
Uske baad
dhaniya patti dalkar mix kar le aur chawal ko achhe se paka le…. Chawal achhe
se pakne ke baad use ek bar mix kar le aur dhak ke rakhe.
