kis ko achhese soft hone tak bhun le aur dhak ke rakhe aur chammach ko chalate
rahe.
4. uske bad
gajar ka kis soft hone ke bad khova dale aur achhese colour change hone tak
bhun le. Uske bad milk dalkar gajar ko aur soft hone tak pakne de.
5. bad me
gajar puri tarah se soft hone ke bad chini dalkar achhese mix kar le. Aur
achhese soft hone tak pka le.
6. uske bad
jo bhi aap dry fruits dalna chahte ho wo dale. (dry fruits ko ghee me bhun le)
aur achhese mix kar le.
7. thodi der
dhak kar gajar ka halwa pka le. Gajar ka halwa puri tarah se pakne ke bad
elaichi powder dale aur mix kar le. Gajar ka halwa ka colour chane hone
tak achhese paka le.
