        Dipawali me pure Bharat me kayi tarah ke Sweets banaye jate hai jisme har parivar me chhote se bade tak sabse jyada pasand kiye janewala Sweet hai Anarsa Mithai.

Muze bhi Diwali me sabse jyada yahi mithai pasand hai. Anarse ke bina to Diwali hi adhuri si lagti hai. Anarse ko banana waise to bahut easy hai lekin uske liye sahi vidhi se banana jaruri hai. Waise to Diwali me pure Bharat  me ise banaya jata hai. Aaj hum traditional tarike se Anarse

        Anarse dikhane me golden brown hi sabse achhe lagte hai, waise hi vah hamare Diwali ki thali ki rangat bhi badhate hai. Anarse khane me Kur kure aur andar se mulayam(soft) hone ke saath hi apko bhune hue khas khas ki behtarin flavour ka swad dete hai.

*Ingredients For Anarse Recipes:->

Chhote danewala naya chawal- 500gm(2 ½ cups)

Powder chini-200gm(1 cup)

 Dudh(Milk)- 2 ½  tsp.

Ghee – 2 tsp.

Til(Sesame)- 2 tsp.

Oil Or ghee talne ke liye.

Poppy Seed (Khas Khas):-  Khas khas me kayi nutrients paye jate hai jisme calories, carbohydrates (28 gm), fibre(19 gm), fats (41.56 gm), protein (21 gm), thiamine(74%), folate(21%), Vitamin B6 (19%), Vitamin E (12%), Choline (11%), riboflavin(8%), calcium (144%), phosphorus(124%),manganese( 109%), magnesium(98%), Iron(75%).

Anarse me prayog kiye jane wala khas khas flavour ke saath saath fertility ke liye bhi faydemand hai. Khas khas mihilao me fertility (prajnan) system ko sudhar ke uniki prajnan kshamata ko badhane me madat karta hai.

Khas khas fallopian tube se balgam ko hatane aur garbh dharan karne me sahayata karne ke liye jane jate hai.

Khas khas yaun ichha ko bhi badhate hai aur kaamichha ko badhakar yaun swath me sudhar karte hai.

*Vidhi- How to make Anarse*

Chhote, naye chawal le lijiye, chawalo ko saf kijiye, use 2 pani se dhoyiye aur 3 dino tak bhigokar rakhne hai lekin pani ko 24 ghante ke baad badal lena hai.

Ab chawalo me se pani ko barik chhanni ya kisi suti kapde ki chhanni banakar nikal lena hai. Us chawalo ko baad me saf suti kapde ke upar failakar chhav me sukhne ke liye rakhe(yaad rakhe ki chawalo ko puri tarah se na sukhaye usme thodi nami rakhe).

        In chawalo ko mixture(mixi) me aate ki tarah pis le aur use chhanni ke madat se bartan me chhan kar rakhe. Chini powder, chawal ka pisa hua aata aur ghee ko achhi tarah se mila le. Mixture ko dudh ke sahayata se achhi tarah se gunth le. Bhigoye hue mixture ko 2 se 3 ghante tak dhak ke rahe taki aata achhi tarah se set ho jaye.

 Ab aapko kadhai me itni matra ghee ya oil le taki hamare anarse talte waqt achhi tarah se dub sake.

Apko bhigoye hue mixture ki chhoti chhoti loyiya (gole) banane hai. Un golo ko press karke chapta banaye.

Un chapte Anarse ko ek side se Khas khas aur til ke mixture pe halka dabakar use garam hue ghee ya oil me ek ek karke dale. Aap ek saath 2 se leke 3 anarse nikal sakte hai.

Ek baat hamesha dhyan me rakhe ki aap anarse achhe golden brown hi nikale taki vah achhi khushbu aur flavour de sake.

        Aap in anarse ko garama garam kha sakte ho ya fir thande hone par kisi dabbe me bharkar rakhe aur roj iska maja lijiye.













Note:- Hamesha yaad rakhe ki Anarse talte samay gas ki aach(flame) na to bahut dhimi rakhe na hi bahut tej rakhe. Use hamesha medium aach par hi tale jisse anarse kur kure banane ke saath hi andar se Mulayam bhi bante hai.
