*POHA BNANE KI VIDHI*
1. Chhanny me poha dalkar pani se saf kar le. Dhyan rahe ki, pohe ko pani me jyada der nahi bhigana hai. Isiliye ise chhanny me hi rehne de.
2. Ek pan me oil garam kar le usme rai, jeera or mungfalli dale, rai or jeera chatkne ke bad pyaj or hari mirch dale. or aalu dalkar thodi der pka le.
3. Jab aalu pyaj golden brown ho jaye uske bad haldi dale. Ab namak or chini dalkar achhi trha mila le.
4. Poha garam hone ke bad barik kati hui dhaniya patti dale.

BNANE KI VIDHI*
1. kale chane ko puri rat pani me bhigoye, iska pani nikalkar cooker me 5 se 6 sity hone tak pka le bad me chane thanda hone ke bad chhan le. Hme iska pani bhi use karna hai.
2. ek pan me oil garam kare, usme rai or jeera dale. Tejptta or pyaj or adrak lahsun ka peast dale, or Kadipatta dalkar golden brown hone tak pkne de.
3. bad me tmatar or namk dalkar pkne de, tmatar soft hone ke bad haldi or lal mirch powder dalkar gravy ko pkne de.
4. gravy pkne ke bad uble huye chane dale or pkne de, baad me uble huye chane ka pani dalkar ubal aane de. Ubal aane ke bad, dhaniya patti dalkar gas ki flame off Kar le.

POHA SERVE KAISE KARE*
Pehle poha ek plate me nikal le, usme chane ki tarri dalkar usme barik sev , barik kati hui pyaj or dhaniyapatti dale, or uper se nimbu dalkar garma garam serve Kare.
*NOTE*
Agar aap pyaj khana pasand nahi karte, to aap poha bina Pyaj ke bhi bna skte hai. Bs apko kadipatta or dhaniya Patti jyada dalna hai. Chane ki tarri me bhi aap sirf adarak or dhaniya patti dalkar tarri bnayenge to bhi, iske swad me ko kam Nahi aayegi.
