mitha achar. Jo ki khane me bahot tasty aur lajwab hota hai. Jise ap roti ya
kisi paratha ke sath kha sakte hai. Ise humne bahot hi simple tarike se bnaya
hai. Jise khakar bachhe bhi bahot khush ho jayenge. To aaiye bnate hai, tamatar

2 se 3 chammch oil dale, oil garam hone ke bad barik kate tamatar dale.
3. ab
tamatar ko pani sakne tak pka le, bich bich me achhese mix karte rahe. Isme 2
chammach imli ka pulp (paest) dale. Aur mix kar le.
4. tamatar
thick (gadha) hone ke bad Thanda karke pest bna le. (mixer me pis le)
5. ab kadhai
me 4 se 5 chammch oil garam kar le. ( ap jitna achar bna rahe hai, uske anusar
oil dale)
6. 2 chammch
rai, methi ke dane, aur 1 chammch jeera dale. Aadha chammch hing dale.
7. 3 se 4
lal mirchi ke tukde kar ke dale. Ab tamatar ka paste dale. Aur achhese mix kar
le. Aur oil chutne tak pkne de.
8. lahsun ki
kaliyo ko cut kar ke dale. (ap oil me pehle bhi dal sakte hai). Achhese mix kar
le. Namak haldi aur lal mirchi powder dale. Aur pkne de.
9. thoda gud
dale. (ap apne anusar kum ya jyada dal sakte hai). Paste ko gadha hi bnana hai.
Pani bilkul bhi nahi rehna chahiye.
10. hum
achar bana rahe hai, isliye pani ko pura sok le. Pani bilkul bhi nahi rehna
chahiye. Iska dhyan de.

paratha ke sath kha sakte hai, agar ap tamatar ke achar me koi ingredients skip

nahi aayega. Bus apko jyada matra me achar ka sevan nhi krna hai. Kisi bhi
