Pyaj ke
pkode ek aisi dish hai. Jise bharat ke har ghar me naste me bade hi chhav ke
sath bnaya jata hai. Jo ki bahot hi karare aur khane me bahot hi tasty hote
hai. Pyaj ke pkode ke sath waise to anek prakar ki chutney ke sath khaya ja
sakta hai. Jaise ki, tomato ketchup tomato souse, hari chutney, mithi chutney,
pudina ki chutney, aur kadi ke sath bhi ise serve kiya ja sakta hai. Pyaj ke
pkode ka mja chai ke sath to kuch anokha hi hota hai, Bhartiya gharo me barish
ke Mausam me to har ghar me pyaj ke pakode to bnte hi bnte hai, to chaliye
bnate hai aasan tarike se pyaj ke pkode.

Pyaj ke
pakode evergreen pkode hote hai. Sardi, garmi, aur barsat har session me pyaj
ke pkode naste ki rangat bdhate hai.

sarir ki rog pratirodhak kshamata bdhane me pyaj kafi matra me madat karta hai.
2. pyaj
pachan ko behtar bnane ke sath sath kai prakar ke rogo ko sarir se dur rakhne
me madat karta hai. Jaise ki jukam, flue, sardi, aise kae prakar ke rogo ko dur
rakhne me kafi madat milti hai.

dekha jaye to gehu ke aate kit ulna me bahot jyada vasa hota hai, aur iske sath
sath besan me protine ki matra bhi adhik hoti hai.

diabetes ke rogiyo ke liye bhi achha hai, lekin is recipe me humne pyaj ke
pakode banana btaya hai, jo ki bahot oily hote hai, isliye jyada matra me ise
nahi khana chahiye.

*Pyaj ke pakode bnane ki vidhi*
1. sabse
pehle pyaj ko barik slice me cut kar le. Aur slice ko alag alag kar le. (ap
aise bhi bna sakte hai.)
2. bad me
lal mirch powder dale. (ap hari mirch bhi dal sakte hai)
3. uske bad
haldi powder, namak, jeera, ajwain, dhaniya patti aur kadipatta dale.
4. besan ko
thoda thoda karke dale. Achhese mix kar le. Aur aavsyakta nusar pani dale. Aur
mix kar le.
5. pakode
ban sake aisa batter bnaye. Iske bad garam oil dale. (ap khane ka soda bhi dal
sakte hai)
6. kadhai me
oil garam kar le. Oil garam hone ke bad, pakode low to medium gas pe tal le.
7. pakodo ko
golden hone takt al le.
Imli ki
chutney aur pudine ki chutney ke sath pyaj ke pakode serve karne ke liye tyar
hai.
*Note*
Pyaj ke
pakode bnate samay aap usme thoda chawal ka aata bhi dal sakte hai. Is se
pakode Kurkure banenge. Aur agar aap pyaj ke pkode me oil ki jagah khan eke
sode ka use karte ho to, iska prayog kam matra me kare. Aur pyaj ke pakode ke
batter me garam oil ka hi use kare.

pakode thode oily hote hai. Isliye apko jyada matra me ise nahi khana chahiye.
