8) Adarak hari mirch ka paste 1 tsp.
9) Oil 2 bada tsp
10) Baking soda 1 tsp

*Fiber ka behtar Source :=>Dhokla me bharpur matra me fiber hota hai. Dhokla khane se apke body me naye cells bnte hai. Kyu ki dhokla jyadatar besan se bnta hai. Isliye isme kafi matra me fiber or iron hota hai.
