        Dhokla ek parmparik Gujrati dish hai. Ye dish ab desh bhar me har jagah famous ho chuki hai, or har kisiki fovorite dish ban chuki hai. To yahi dish ham asan tarike se banayenge.


INGREDIENTS

      1) 2 cup besan 200gram

     2) Haldi ¼ tsp.

     3) Hing ¼ tsp  

     4) 2 cup water

     5) Namak 2 tsp

     6) Citric acid (nimbu sut) 1tsp

     7) Chini 4 tsp

     8) Adarak hari mirch ka paste 1 tsp.                                     

     9) Oil 2 bada tsp 

    10) Baking soda 1 tsp

TADKA BANANE KE LIYE INGREDIENTS

1.   Oil 2 spn

2.   Rai 1 tsp

3.   Jeera 1 tsp

4.   Hari mirch 4 se 5

DHOKLA BANANE KI VIDHI



Dhokla bnane ke liye sbse pehle 2 cup besan ko chunny se chaan le, usme ¼ spn haldi, ¼ spn hing, 2 spn namak, 1 spn citric acid, 4 bade spn chini, hari mirch adarak ka pest dale, or achhese mix kar le, uske bad 2 cup pani le or thoda thoda karke dale. Bad me 2 bade chammach oil dale, 1o minut ke liye chod de, iske bad dhokla stand me pani garam kariye, or batter dalne wale bartan me oil lagale. Besan ke ghol me baking powder milakar achhese fet le. Ab stand ke bartan me dhokla ka batter dalkar dhimi aanch par achhese paka le. Dhokla achhese pak jaye to Thanda hone ke bad nikal le, iske bad tadka lgane ke liye, pan me 2 spn oil garam kare, or usme rai dale, jeera kadipatta, harimirch dalkar bhun le. Bhunne ke bad 2 spn pani or chini dal le, or pkne de. Tadka Thanda hone ke bad dhokle ke uper dale or cut kar le. Swadist khaman dhokla tyar hai.








DHOKLA KISKE SATH KHAYE

Waise to dhokla chane ke dal ki chutney ke sath ya hari chutney ke sath famous hai. Lekin ap kisi bhi street style chutney ke sath aap dhokla kha sakte hai. Jaise ki, coconut chutney, tomato kechup, imli ki chutney ya or
