*NUTRITIOUS VALUES OF PATAUDI*
Pataudi banane ke liye jo ingredients hum use karte hai,
waise to sabhi ingredients hmare health ke liye faydemand hai. Kyu ki Pataudi
recipe me masalo ka use kiya jata hai. Jo ki sabhi masala kisi na kisi rogo ke
liye faydemand hai. Jaise ki, Tejpatta.
*TEJPATTA.
Ka upyog hum masalo ke rup me karte
hai. Masalo ke sath sath tejpatta rogo ke uper bhi upyogi sabit hota hai.
1) Diabetes ke liye faydemand :-
Diabetes ke liye , diabetes ke patients apni diet me tejpatta
shamil kar sakte hai. Kisi bhi sabji ya
dal me tejpatta dalkar ap tejpatte ka sevan kar sakte hai. Experts ke anusar
tejpatte me anti diabetic ke paye jate hai.
Jo ki bloud sugar control or kum karne me madat karti hai.

Infection hoga dur :-
Tejpatta me vitamin c ki matra bharpur matra me payi jati
hai. Tejpatta me entibacterial gun jyada paye jate hai. Jis se infection hone
se bacha ja sakta hai. Agar niymit rup se tejpatta ka pani pine se apki
immunity bhi strong rahegi.

Waise to lahsun sabhi rogo ke liye faydemand hai, lekin kuch

loss ke liye lahsun medicin ki tarha kam karta hai.
Cholesterol ko kum karne me lahsun bhot upyogi sabit hota

*PATAUDI SABJI BNANE KI
VIDHI*
1. pehle pan ya kadhai me oil dale. Rai or jeera dalkar
chutkne de, bad me barik kata huwa pyaj or adrak lahsun ka peast or kadipatta
dale, pyaj brown hone ke bad tamatar or namak dale.
2. tamatar soft hone ke bad haldi powder or lal mirch powder
dale. Uper se dhaniya patti dalkar pani dale. ( pani apko besan ki matra dhyan
me rakhkar dalna hai.)
3. pani me ubal aane ke bad thoda thoda karke besan dale.
Besan ko achhese mila le. Or dhak kar pka le.
4. ek thali ya plet me, oil lga le.
Besan pkne ke baad
Oil lgai hui
thali me besan ko dalkar ek saman faila le, or hatho se plain kar le.
5. bad me Thanda hone ke bad Pataudi ko
cut kar le. Or uper se dhaniya patti or narial kis dale.
6. ab fir se ek kadhai me, oil dalkar
garam hone de. Oil garam hone ke bad rai, tejpatta, jeera dale. Ab barik kati
hui pyaj adarak lahsun ka paiest dale. Tmatar or namak dalkar pkne de. Tamatar
soft hone ke bad haldi powder or lal mirch powder dale.
7. gravy ko
achhese pkne de. Uper se jo masala ap use karte ho wo dale. Or jitna apko rassa
(curry) chahiye utna pani dale.
8. sabji ko
ubal aane ke bad gas off kar de. Or uper se Pataudi dale, or dhaniya patti
dale.
Pataudi ki sabji serve karne ke liye tyar hai.

Pataudi ki Sabji Banane ki Vidhi
Pataudi banate wakt besan ko achhe se pakana hai tabhi Pataudi banegi.
Aap bina masalo ke bhi Pataudi ki sbji bana skate hai.
Agar aap
pyaj ya lahsun nahi khate to aap bina pyaj or lahsun se bhi ye sbji bana skte
hai, is se swad me koi kami nahi aayegi.
Bas pyaj or lahsun
ke jagah apko adrak or baki masalo ke sath dhaniya patti masalo ke sath dhaniya
or baki ka use jyada karna hai.
Pataudi ki
sabji me besan ka prayog kiya jata hai jo protein ka bada source hai. Isiliye Pataudi
ki sabji diabetes aur kidney disease me iska sevan kam kare.
Sath hi jihne
acidity ki problem hai unhe ye khane se bachna chahiye.
