Gavarfalli ek aise sabji hai jo Bharatiya gharo bade hi aanand ke saath khayi jati hai. Gavarfalli ki(Custer beans fry) sabji uttar bharat me banayi jati hai. Ye bahut hi swadishth sabji hoti hai. Ise aap simple dal chawal ke saath kha sakte hai. To chaliye banate hai aasan tarike se gavarfalli ki sabji.

*Ingredients*

1) Gavarfalli 2) bhune hue mungfalli ka powder 3) pyaj 4) til(Sesame)  5) Tomatoes 6) Jeera 7) Rai 8) Dhaniya patti 9) Namak(Salt)  10) Lal mirch powder 11) haldi powder 12) oil.

1. Sabse pehle gavarfalli ko soft hone tak ubal le, gavarfalli thandi ho jane par tod le.

2. Ab sabji banane ke liye pan ya kadhai me oil garam kar le. Oil garam hone ke baad rai aur jeera dale baad me pyaj dalkar golden brown hone tak wait kare.

3. Baad me Tomatoes aur namak dalkar soft hone tak pakne de. Tomato soft hone ke baad  haldi powder aur lalmirch powder dale. Gravy ko thodi der pakne de.

4. Baad me til (sesame) aur gavarfalli dalkar achchhe se  mix kar le upar se bhuni hui moongfalli ka powder dale aur thodi der masalo ke saath gavarfalli ko pakne de.

5. Gavarfalli ki sabji ko achchhe se paka le. Gavarfalli ki sabji pakne ke baad upar se dhaniya patti dale.

        Gavarfalli sabji moongfalli ke saath bankar serve karne ke liye taiyar hai.
