Urad dal ke Panvade ki sabji ko vidharbh me kafi pasand kiya jata. Vidarbha ke Zadipatti yane Gardchiroli, Gondia, Bhandara, Yavatmal,Nagpur me ise bahut jyada pasand kiya jata hai. Ye ek traditional dish hai jo ki Nagpur style me ise jana jata hai.

        Urad dal ke Panwade banane ke liye urad dal bina chhilkewali leni hai. Agar aap chhilkewali urad dal ka prayog karte ho to urad dal dhokar uska chhilka nikal lena hai. Sabse apko urad dal ko 3 se 4 baar dho lena hai. Baad me urad dal me 6 se 7 ghante ya raatbhar pani me bhigoke rakhna hai. Bhigoyi hui dal ko chhanni me nikalkar rakhna hai. Pani pura nikal lene ke baad urad dal ko mixer me pis lena hai. To aayiye hum shuru karte hai Nagpuri special urad dal ke panwade ki sabji banana.

1) Urad dal bina chhilke wali. 2) pyaj 3)Kadhipatta 4) Adrak lahsun. 5)Namak 6)oil 7)haldi powder 8) Lalmirch powder

9) masala 10) jeera 11) rai 12) Tomatoes 13) Tejpan

14) dhaniya patti

Bharat me urad dal ka khane me bahut upyog kiya jata hai.

Isiliye urad dal ke fayde aur Nuksan janana hamare liye bahut jaruri hai. Urad dal ka Bhartiya vyanjno me alag hi sthan hai. Urad dal me nutritious values payi jati hai jiske karan urad dal kayi rogo ke liye bhi fayademand hai.

Urad dal me paye janewale nutritious values ke karan iska upyog headache, fever, Swelling(Sujan) is tarah ke rogo me fayademand hota hai.

*Headache ke liye faydemand:- Aajkal lifestyle change hone ke karan ya office work ke karan ya bhagdoud wali jindgi ke karan jyada se jyada log headache se pareshan rahte hai. Isse nijat pane ke liye aap iska prayog kar sakte ho.

*Skin ke liye fayademand :-> Ayurved ke upchar me lag bhag har prakar ke skin se related problem ke liye urad dal ke kadhe ya paste ka upyog kiya jata hai. Isse skin se related problems se teji se upachar aur chhutkar pane aur skin ki satah aur skintan kam karne me bhi fayademand hai.

*Urad dal se honewale Nuksan:-> Waise urad dal se koyi problem nahi hoti lekin iske jyada sevan se body me uric acid ki matra jyada vad sakti hai isliye urad dal ka kam upyog hi kare. Aur expert ki salah se hi apni diet me shameel kare.

        Kisi bhi upchar ya upay ko karne se pehle expert ki salah jarur le.

*Urad dal ki panwade ki sabji banane ka samay*

40 se 45 minutes

*Urad dal ki panwade ki sabji banane ki Vidhi*

1. Sabse pehle urad dal ko pani me 5 se 6 ghante bhigokar  rakhe. Sabji banane ke 1 ghante pehel us dal ko chhanni me nikal ke rakhe.

2. Dal ko mixer me thoda thoda karke pis le(pani bikul bhi nahi dalna hai). Piste waqt lashun, jeera, dhaniya patti dale. Dal ko chikna pis le.

3. Sabji banane ke liye pyaj, adrak, lahsun aur jeera dalkar paste bana le.

4. Ek pan me oil garam kar le. Oil garam hone ke baad rai, tejpan aur jeera dale.

5. Sabji ke liye jo paste banaya hai vah dale, golden brown hone tak pakne de. Tomato aur namak dalkar tomatoes soft hone tak gravy ko pakne de.

6. Gravy me Oil chhutne tak pakne de. Lalmirch powder aur haldi powder dalkar mix kar le.

7. Mix karne ke baad pani ko ubal aane tak wait kar le.

   (Sabji me Jyada pani dale) kyunki panwade ko hume jyada der tak pakana hai. Pani me panwade ka ark utarna chahiye.

8. Pise hue urad dal me lalmirch powder haldi powder namak, masala, jeera aur dhaniya patti dale.

(kadhipatte ko barik kat kar dal sakte hai)

9. Sabji me ubal ane ke baad masala powder dale(jo masala aap use karte ho vah dal sakte hai)

10. Ab chhote size ke wade banakar ek ek karke sabji me dale. Medium ya low flame gas pe sabji ko achhi tarah pakne de.

11. Wade ko hume jyada der tak pakana hai jab tak ke wade pak na jaye. Sabji ko thoda thik hone tak paka le.

12. Sabji achhe pakne ke baad dhaniya patti dalkar achhe mix kar le.

*NOTE:->  Panwade ke sabji me humne urad dal ka upyog kiya hai, isiliye agar a

ap urad dal khana pasand nahi karte to aap mung dal ka bhi use kar sakte hai, wo bhi teast me  kafi achhi lagti hai.

        Panwade ki sabji jo ki hum urad dal se banate hai, isiliye urad dal ka upyog hamesha nahi karna chahiye isliye panwade ki sabji aap kabhi kabhi special dish ki tarah bana sakte hai.
