Gehu ke aate ka dosa, bharat me banane wala ek Swadishth aur healthy aur Jaldi banane wala Bhartiya dish hai, Jo ke khane me bahot hi tasty aur lajawab lagta hai.

Jise kisi bhi chutney ke saath khaya Ja sakta hai to aaj hum banayenge tomato ki chutney ke saath.

To Chaliye  banate hai aasan aur zatpat Gehu ke aate ka dosa Tomatoes ki Chutney Ke Saath.

    *Ingredients*

    *Gehu ke aate ka dosa banane ke liye Ingredients*

    1) gehu ka aata - 1 katori

    2) rava (suji) -3 se 4 chammach

    3) jeera

    4) namak

    5)sakhar (chini)

    6)dhaniya patti

    7) pani

    *Tamatar ki chutney banane ke liye ingredients*

    1) Tomato- 3 se 4(quantity ke anusar)

    2)Pyaj

    3)Hari mirch

    4) Kadipatta

    5) Dhaniya patti

    6) Namak

    7) Haldi powder

    8) Methi ke dane

    Gehu ke aate me paye jane wale Nutrients.

    1) Gehu ke aate se bani rotiyo me  Iron, Sulphur, Copper, Zinc, Magnese jaise Minerals paye jate hai. Isiliye dietician daily khane me rotiyo  ka sevan karne ki salah dete hai. Isme paye janewale nutrients hamare health ke liye bahot faydemand hote hai.

    2) Isi tarah gehu ki roti me vitamin B ke saath  saath fibre bhi hota hai. Jiske wajah se weight loss aur Kabj se rahat dilane gehu ka aata kafi faydemand sabit hota hai.

    3) Gehu ke aate se bani rotiyo me Carbohydrates ki matra hoti hai. Carbohydrate se hamare body ki sabse Jayda Urja ki Jarurat puri hoti hai.

    30 se 35 minutes

    *Gehu Ke Aate Ka Dosa banane Ki Vidhi*

    1) Dosa banane ke liye 1 katori gehu ka aata lenge, usme 3 se 1 teaspoons rava(suji) le.

    2) Pani dalkar achhe se mila le aur iska patla ghol bana le aur achhe se mix kare.

    3) Uske baad jeera, namak aur 1 teaspoon chini dale.(Chini ap apne hisab se kam jyada dal sakte hai)

    4) Dhaniya patti dale uske baad achhe se mix kar le.

    5) Uske baad tawa garam kare aur hamne jo batter banaya hai wo dal de aur achhe se Faila de.

    6) Thodi der ke liye dhak ke rakhe uske baad dosa ko nikale aur dusre side se hone de.

    7) Dosa banke tyar hai.( Usi process se saare dose bana le)

    *Tomato Ki Chutney Banane Ki Vidhi*

    1) Dosa ke sath tomato ki chutney banane ke liye pyaj, hari mirch, Kadipatta, tomato ko barik cut kar le.

    2) Uske bad kadhai me oil garam kare. Oil garam hone ke baad usme rai aur jeera dale. Methi dane dale, Kadipatta, hari mirch dale.

    3) Baad me Pyaj dalkar golden brown hone tak wait kare.

    4) Uske baad tomato dalkar achhe se mix kare aur namak dalkar tomato soft hone tak pakne de.

    5) Baad me tomato soft hone ke baad lal mirch powder aur haldi achhe se  mix kar le.(aap isme thoda pani bhi dal sakte hai.)

    6) Tomato puri tarah se pakne ke baad barik kati hui dhaniya patti dalkar achhese mix kar le.

    7) Tomato chutney dosa  ke sath khane ke liye taiyar hai.
