Kadai pulav instant banne wala  swadisht pulav hai. Jise, har koi banaa sakta hai. kadhai pulav banane ke liye chawal ko alag alag Prakar ke sabjiyon ke sath ya jo bhi sabji aapke ghar mein available hai usse simple tarike se bana sakte hai.

To chaliye banate hain aasan tarike se kadhai pulao.

·        Kadhai Pulav Bnane ke liye sabse pahle kadhai mein oil garm Karen. Oil garam hone ke bad Tej patta long mere dalchini dalen uske bad Rai aur jeera Dale.

·        Uske bad pyaj aur hari mirch Dale. Kadi patta dalen adrak lahsun sabun dhane aur dhaniya Patti ko dalkar mixture mein pis le. pyaj aur hari mirch fry hone ke bad adrak lahsun Ka banaya hua pest dalen aur golden hone Tak bhun le.

·        Uske bad tamatar Dale aur Namak dalkar tamatar soft hone Tak pakane de. tamatar soft hone ke bad aalu aur gobhi dalen aap yahan aur sabjiyan dal sakte hain. jo bhi aapko pasand Ho vah sabjiyan aap yahan Dal sakte hain. dhimi aanch per sabjiyon ko pakane de. aur dhak ke rakhen.

·        Aalu aur gobhi acchi tarah Se pakane ke bad haldi powder, namak, masala ( aap koi bhi le sakte hai) Lal mirchi powder dalen aur acche se mix kare. uske bad bheege hue chawal dalen (chawal ko pahle hi dho kar rakhen) chawal ko masala mein acche se bhoon le.

·         Bad mein jitne chawal liye hai usse dugna Pani dalen aur chawal ko acchi tarah Mila le. upar Se dahi dalen (agar aap nahin dalna chahte to skip bhi kar sakte hain) upar Se dhaniya Patti Dale aur mix kar le.

·         Pulav mein ubal aane Tak vate Karen ubal aane ke bad pulav ko acche se mix kar le, aur dhimi aanch per dhak ke rakhe (aap tave ke upar bhi pulav ko rakh sakte hain isase pulav acchi tarah Se Pak jata hai)

·         Ab pulav Ko Pani kam hone ke bad aur acche se milakar use dhimi aanch per  dhak kar rakhen. thodi der bad pulav ko check kar le, chawal pake hai ya nahin dekh le.

·         Aap pulav Puri tarah Se pakane ke bad gas ko off kar de upar Se dhaniya Patti Dale.
