Upma bahot
hi swadist aur tasty dish hai. Jo ki south Indian dish hai. Lekin aaj bharat me
har kisike ghr upma alag alag tarike se bnaya jata hai, upma recipe me bhi alag
alag prakar ki verity bnai jati hai. Jaise ki, vegetable upma, bina haldi wala
upma, haldi wala upma, aise alag alag tarah se upma bnaya jata hai.
Upma bahot
hi swadist aur tasty dish hai, uske sath sath ye dish bahot hi healthy dish
hai. Agar din ki surwat aise naste se kari jaye to apka pura din achha jayega.

*Ingredients:-
1. Rava (suji)
2. oil
3. rai
4. jeera
5. mungfalli
6. kadipatta
7. hari mirch
8. pyaj
9. tamatar
10. dhaniya patti
11. haldi powder
12. namak

Upma khane
ke jitne bhi fayde btaye jaye utne kum hai, daily rutine me din ki surwat upma
ke sath karne se pura din body ko hlka rakhne me kafi madat milti hai.
Naste me
agar kuch swadist aur achha khana hai to rava upma bahot hi simple option hai.
Upma khane se mood bhi achha rehta hai, aur din ki surwat bhi achhi rehti hai.
Rava khan
eke bahot sare fayde hai, Dakshin bharat me suji ko rava kaha jata hai. Usi
prakar bharat ke sabhi gharo me halva bade hi chaav se har tyohar me bnaya jata
hai. Waise hi Dakshin bharat me upma bahot hi lokpriya hai.
Suji gehu ke
aate se tayar hota hai. Isme fiber bahot jyada matra me paya jata hai. Fiber
dhimi gati se digest hota hai, isi wajah se bahot der hmare body ko energy deta
hai. Rava upma khane se pet bhara bhara rehta hai, is se jldi bhuk nahi lgti.
Isliye rava upma apni diet me jarur shyamil kare.
*Upma banane ka samay*
25 minuts.
*Soft upma banane ki vidhi:-
1. sabse
pehle suji ko oil dalkar bhun le. Halka
colour change hone tak bhun le. Low to medium flame par bhune.
2. ek kadhai
me oil garam kar le. Oil garam hone ke bad rai aur jeera dale. Bad me pyaj
kadipatta, hari mirh dale. Aur mungafalli dalkar golden brown hone tak pkne de.
3. golden
brown hone ke bad tamatar aur namak dale. Tamatar soft hone ke bad haldi powder
aur thodi chini dale. Mix kar le, aur bad me bhuna huwa rava dale.
4. ek side
me pani garam kare. (upma me garam pani ka use krne se upma soft aur sponje
bnta hai).
5. uske bad
garam pani dalkar mix kar de. (rava fulna chahiye itna pani dale).
6. rava
fulne ke bad dhania patti dalkar achhese mix kar de.
Garmagaram
tasty upma serve krne ke liye tyar hai.
*Note:- upma khane me bahot hi swadist hota hai. Waise to upma south
me famous hai, lekin bharat me har ghar me alag alag tarike se upma bnaya jata
hai. Aap vegetabls dalkar bhi upma bna sakte hai. Aur white upma bhi khane me
bhot swadist lgta hai. Ap bina haldi ke bhi upma bna sakte hai.
