2. uske bad ek bowl me kati hui hari pyaj dale aur usme jeera, ova, sauf, til, namak, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, dhaniya patti, barik kata huwa kadipatta aur tamatar dale.

3. achhese sabhi ko mix kar le. Aur uske bad thoda thoda karke gehu ka aata dale (aap chawal ka aata bhi use kar sakte hai)

4. uske bad thoda besan dale aur achhese mix kar le. Waise to isme pani ki jarurat nahi hoti. Lekin agar pani lgata hai to aavsyakta nusar pani thoda hi dale.

5. uske bad acchese sabhi ko mix kar le. Aur thoda oil dalkar achhese mila le.

6. uske bad tava garam karne ke liye rakh de. Tava garam hone ke bad oil lga le, aur pyaj ke patte ka batter le aur thoda tave par dalkar batter faila de, aur bich bich me pani lgakar achhese ek saman kar le.

7. bad me ek saman kar ke goal shape me bhakari bna le. Uske bad side se oil lga le aur thodi der pakne de.

8. bhakari ko thodi der bad palat de aur dusre side se pakne de. Aur thoda oil lga le, aur dono side se pkne de.

9. dono side se pakne ke bad bhakari ko plate me nikal le. isi tarah se sari bhakari bna le. aap ise chutney ya achar ke sath serve kar sakte hai.
