bad cut kiye huye patto ko ek bowl me ya bade katore me nikal le.
3. ek bowl
ya kisi bhi bade bartan me pattiyo ko nikal le. (pattiyo me jyada pani nahi
rehna chahiye) bad me usme jeera, til, tamatar, dhaniya patti, namak, haldi
powder, lal mirch powder, kadipatta aur souf aur thodasa oil dalkar achhese mix
kar le.
4. uske bad
usme thoda thoda karke chawal ka aata dale, aur besan thoda kum matra me dale.
Pyaj ke patte isme jyada dikhna chahiye. (aap chaho to gehu ka aata bhi dal
sakte ho. Kisi bhi aate ka upyog jyada nahi karna hai iska dhyan de)
5. sabhi ko
achhese mix kar le. yaha hame pani ka bilkul bhi use nahi karna hai. ab ek
bartan me pani ubalne ke liye rakhe. Aur us par ek channy rakhe, aur channy me
oil lga le.
6. bad me
pyaj ke patto se jo humne batter bnaya hai, us se hath se halka pani lgakar
muthhe gol karke thode lambe aakar ke (muthhe) gole bna le. aur eke k karke us
channy me rakhe. Aur uper se dhak kar aur dhimi aanch par pakne de.
7. thodi der
bad muthhe pake hai ki nahi check kar le. chammach ya chaku ki madat se cut
karke dekhe, agar pake honge to muthhe chammach ko chipkenge nahi.
8. muthhe
puri tarah se pakane ke bad gas off kar de. Aur unhe thoda Thanda hone de.
Thanda hone ke bad aap muthhe aise bhi garma garam kha sakte ho. Ye aise bhi
bahot swadist lagte hai. ekdam isme desi taste ka alag hi aabhas hota hai. jo
khane me bahot hi ala gaur traditional taste deta hai.
9. ab in
muthho ko fry karne ke liye muthho ko ekdam barik cut kar le, ya hath se isko
ekdam barik bhurka bna le. inhe fry karne ke liye ek kadhai me oil garam kar
le.
10. uske bad
rai, jeera aur kadipatta dale. thodisi chini dale, aur mokad dalkar achhese mix kar le. aur uper se
namak, lal mirch powder, aur nimbu ka rus dale. ( lal mirch powder aur namak
aavshykta padne par hi dale, kyuki humne pehle bhi ye sab dala hai)
11. uske bad
mokad ko achhese garam hone de. Mokad garam hone ke bad uper se dhaniya patti
dale.

achhse dhimi aanch par garam kare. Tabhi iska swad aur achha aayega)
